Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED; or 6 months to 1 year of related customer service experience.
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English; Spanish beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and assist customers with questions or concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality of students' information and provide professional service.
• Set up and break down instructor-led courses and assist with lab activities.
• Monitor labs and proctoring sessions, ensuring security and adherence to rules.
• Troubleshoot computer issues and assist with course navigation or login processes.
