Job summary

The Health and Safety Council® is seeking a Customer & Health Service Representative to support training, customer service and occupational health services across our Gulf Coast operations. You will collaborate with trainees, instructors and medical staff to ensure compliant, efficient, and professional service delivery.

Responsibilities include eLearning lab proctoring, scheduling, health testing, and equipment maintenance, with travel to multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Entry-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Willingness to travel and work at different locations as needed.
• Completion of required certifications (NIOSH, CAOCH, drug/alcohol testing) within designated timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Open/close eLearning lab daily; maintain cleanliness and inventory.
• Check in trainees, verify identification, and launch courses or exams.
• Proctor trainees and enforce testing protocols and company policies.
• Assist Safety Instructors with classroom setup, material inventory, and testing procedures.
• Report course discrepancies and unethical behavior to management.
