Job summary

Health & Safety Council in Louisiana is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of the company in the Training department. You will respond to customer inquiries by phone and in person, assist with scheduling, and maintain confidentiality of student information.

Responsibilities include coordinating with instructors, setting up and breaking down courses, monitoring labs and proctoring online exams, and providing professional support to trainees.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Language: English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus.
• Reasoning: Ability to solve practical problems with standard instructions.
• Computer: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Outlook and basic software.
• Experience: Customer service exposure helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and help customers with questions or concerns.
• Assist with scheduling issues and inquiries from customers.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding students' information.
• Set up and break down instructor-led courses and labs.
• Monitor labs and proctor online testing to ensure policy adherence.
• Coordinate with team to respond to inquiries promptly.
