Privia Health is seeking a Training Associate to deliver in-person and webinar-based training for providers and Care Center staff, focusing on efficiency, delegation, and population health initiatives. The role supports go-live and on-demand help, trains on athenahealth concepts, and tailors curricula to center needs.
You will monitor e-learning completion, schedule trainings, and collaborate with Implementation and Product teams to achieve goals.

The Training Associate facilitates in-person and webinar-based training programs for providers and Care Center staff. Our training program sets Care Centers up for success using the EHR and emphasizes Privia Best Practice workflows. In addition, the Training Associate serves as a resource to colleagues in an expert capacity.
The salary range for this role is $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 10%. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
