Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lead the full training cycle from needs analysis through evaluation.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM).
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for in-person and virtual sessions.
• Clear writing for manuals, job aids, and e-learning materials.
• Working knowledge of credit union products, services, and regulations or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning training content.
• Delivers training for new hires and staff and tracks compliance training.
• Administers the Learning Management System (LMS) and maintains audit-ready records.
• Leads organizational projects and coordinates with SMEs and department leaders.
• Measures training effectiveness and updates content based on feedback and results.
