Job summary

Black Hills Federal Credit Union is seeking a Learning & Performance Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training for tellers, lenders, member service representatives and support staff. You’ll create in-person, virtual, and e-learning courses covering lending, service, culture, regulations, and systems.

You will collaborate with the Learning & Performance team to plan sessions, ensure coverage, and maintain up-to-date training materials while fostering staff development and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; teaching experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidentiality.
• Familiarity with Credit Union products, services, rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning and development initiatives for staff.
• Develop in-person, self-paced, virtual and e-learning courses.
• Collaborate with management to plan training sessions and record broadcasts.
• Produce training manuals, handouts, and online resources.
• Support career development and staff advancement programs.
