Alignment Engine Inc. in Chillicothe, Ohio seeks a Training Program Lead to build the campus training program and run the apprenticeship pipeline with local schools and trade programs.

You will develop curricula and qualification cards, coordinate OEM and vendor training, and ensure training compliance. You will partner with career-technical schools, track records, and lead the apprenticeship efforts supporting our high-performance computing and electronics-manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical training, workforce development, or education.
• Experience with apprenticeship or CTE partnerships valued.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong program organization skills.

Alignment Engine Inc. ("Alignment") operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus - a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role.

Build the campus training program and run the apprenticeship pipeline with local schools and trade programs.

Pay range:

$70,000 - $90,000 per year
