Job summary

Alignment Engine Inc. offers a paid, structured pathway into a critical facilities technician career at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus in Chillicothe, Ohio. No data center experience required.

You will learn power and cooling systems on one of the most advanced campuses in the country. As you rotate through electrical, mechanical, and controls teams, you will complete structured coursework, on-the-job qualification, and assist technicians with rounds, PMs, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical aptitude required.
• Willingness to work hands-on in an industrial setting.
• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Career-technical graduates and career changers encouraged.

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role.
