Alignment Engine Inc. in Chillicothe, Ohio seeks an HR generalist/recruiting leader to build the campus workforce and manage onboarding, benefits, and HR compliance on-site. The role focuses on fast-growing local hiring with a strong community pipeline and apprenticeship program development.

You will advise site leaders on employee relations while coordinating benefits and compliance, driving high-volume, multi-shift hiring in a manufacturing-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR generalist/recruiting experience, industrial or technical hiring preferred.
• Experience with high-volume, multi-shift hiring.
• Knowledge of Ohio employment practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role. Build the campus workforce — recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations for a fast-growing site, with a strong local-hiring mandate.

What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across all campus roles
• Build local pipelines with schools, trades, and veteran programs
• Run onboarding, benefits administration, and HR compliance
• Stand up the apprenticeship program with the Training Coordinator
• Advise site leaders on employee relations

Pay range: $95,000 – $120,000 per year
