The University of South Dakota is seeking a Training and Development Coordinator to help build and deliver a comprehensive employee training and development program that supports faculty, staff, supervisors, managers, and institutional leaders. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking Human Resources team and play a key role in advancing employee growth, leadership development, and organizational excellence across the university.

At USD , we are moving beyond one-time training events to create meaningful learning experiences that foster competency development, demonstrated application, and professional mastery. As the Training and Development Coordinator, you will help design learning programs, coordinate training initiatives, support leadership development programming, administer learning platforms, and partner with subject matter experts across campus to strengthen training quality and effectiveness.

What You’ll Do

  • Strengths Certification or similar professional development credentials.
