Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
• Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
• Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates.
• Work together with the team to better understand the key requirements for a position.
• Filter out prospects and compile a list of the best candidates.
• Screen IT experts in a very specialized manner to determine their competency.
• Filter out prospects and compile a list of the best candidates.
• Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.
• Procure people for different IT Requirements.

Educational Qualification and/or Work Experience Requirements

• Graduation/equivalent degree in any background.
• Freshers can apply.
• 0-1 Year Experience in voice process.

Skills Required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional local languages would be a plus).
• Basic technical knowledge and proficiency in using software applications.
• Ability to work night shifts and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
