Job summary

UFP Factory Built in Granger, IN is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn products, policies, and procedures while performing basic sales and customer service activities under close supervision.

The program includes training across several regions with relocation after the training period and opportunities to travel with Account Managers to grow product knowledge and sales skills in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and other software for business applications.

Responsibilities

• Learn company products, policies, and procedures, and perform basic sales and customer service activities.
• Enter orders in systems accurately and efficiently.
• Develop strong customer relationships and assist in customer service activities.
• Travel with Account Managers to support sales activities and learn industry terms.
• Make sales calls to current and prospective clients and maintain professionalism.
