Job summary

UFP Industries, Inc. is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn products, policies, and procedures while performing basic sales and customer service tasks.

You will work under the close direction of the Regional Sales Manager and gain broad exposure during a structured training program across multiple regions. Initial base could be at one of our approved locations with relocation to Southeast facilities after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and other software for business applications.

Responsibilities

• Learn company products, policies, and procedures and perform basic sales and customer service activities.
• Enter orders accurately and efficiently in systems.
• Develop an understanding of UFPI sales tools and business systems.
• Assist in producing reports and supporting regional sales team activities.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, verbally and in writing.
• Travel with Account Managers to gain product knowledge and support sales activities.
