UFP Industries, Inc is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn company products, policies, and procedures while performing basic sales and customer service activities.

Works under close direction of the Regional Sales Manager; little discretion and judgment on work priority; and a small degree of creativity is expected. Candidates will travel to support Account Managers and build familiarity with industry terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business applications.

Responsabilités

• Learn company products, policies, and procedures, and perform basic sales and customer service activities.
• Understands and applies business math to manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Enters orders in systems accurately and efficiently.
• Plans and executes meetings effectively, ensuring all necessary materials and participants are prepared.
• Travels with Account Managers to become proficient with industry terms and assist in sales activities.
• Develops a comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle and process.
• Makes sales calls to current and prospective clients, demonstrating professionalism and product knowledge.
