Arc Legal Group in Colchester is seeking a Trainee Claims Advisor to join our team on a hybrid basis. You will review and progress legal expenses claims, determine policy coverage, and liaise with solicitors to monitor progress.

This role suits a recent graduate or someone in a trainee or junior position with experience in claims, insurance, or customer service and strong communication skills. You will build case knowledge and provide clear updates to customers by phone and email.

• Recent graduate or trainee/junior level, or experience in claims, insurance, or customer service.
• Strong communication skills and resilience.

We are looking for a Trainee Claims Advisors to join our team, based out of our Colchester office on a hybrid basis.

You’ll be responsible for assessing and progressing legal expenses claims while supporting customers throughout the process. This includes:

• Reviewing and assessing new legal expenses claims
• Determining whether claims fall within policy coverage
• Liaising with solicitors to monitor claim progress
• Providing clear, supportive customer updates by phone and email
• Managing and progressing your own caseload
• Ensuring claims are handled efficiently and fairly
