This role suits a recent graduate or someone in a trainee or junior position with experience in claims, insurance, or customer service and strong communication skills. You will build case knowledge and provide clear updates to customers by phone and email.

• Recent graduate or trainee/junior level, or experience in claims, insurance, or customer service.
• Strong communication skills and resilience.

Responsabilités

• Reviewing and progressing new legal expenses claims.
• Determining whether claims fall within policy coverage.
• Liaising with solicitors to monitor claim progress.
• Providing clear, supportive customer updates by phone and email.
• Managing and progressing your own caseload.
• Ensuring claims are handled efficiently and fairly.
