Progressive Insurance in Bedford, NH is seeking a Claims Examiner for a hybrid role with in-office days and flexible remote work options. You’ll train on responsibilities and collaborate with local leadership, then work under a schedule that balances office and home days.

Primary duties include determining coverage and liability, interviewing customers, claimants and witnesses, and coordinating with appraisers to manage vehicle repairs.

This is a hybrid role, which means you’ll work in-office two days that are selected by local leadership and choose where you want to work the other three days, whether that’s at home or in the office, for a period of 12 months. You must reside within a reasonable commute of Progressive's Bedford, NH Claims office at 43 Constitution Dr. Suite 203, Bedford, NH 03110.

Duties & Responsibilities (upon Completion Of Training)

Minimum Qualifications

Schedule

• Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm, based on business needs, which we will evaluate while you are in training.

Compensation

• $54,000 - $57,500/yearly
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
