You will build a foundation in plant engineering offerings, engage with clients, and develop skills in CRM tools while traveling as needed. This role launches a Sales career with clear progression into Pre-Sales or Account Management.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in sales or engineering-related roles.
• MBA or business coursework is mandatory.
• Passionate to build a career in Sales.
• Strong communication skills, curiosity, and willingness to engage with clients.
• Self-driven, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel and work independently.
• Exposure to Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist in identifying target accounts, generating leads, and building a qualified prospect funnel.
• Support business development activities for defined industry verticals and offerings.
• Participate in client interactions, meetings, and presentations alongside senior team members.
• Learn the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closure—under mentorship.
• Create a plan to address defined markets and execute on the plan to achieve targets.
