Sheridan New Hampshire is hiring a Bindery Assistant to join our full-time production team. No bindery experience is required—we’ll train you to operate high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to the creation of books, catalogs, and printed materials you can hold in your hands.

All shifts are Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. This entry-level role offers overtime opportunities, a clear path for growth, and comprehensive benefits after 30 days, in a safety‑conscious, team‑driven printer

Qualifications

• Operate machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Read basic job instructions and measurements.
• Be reliable and work well in a team.
• Demonstrate quality-focused work habits.
• No previous bindery experience required—we’ll train you.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
