Sheridan New Hampshire is hiring a Bindery Assistant to train on high-speed bindery equipment and become proficient in cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, with overtime opportunities and a chance to build a hands-on career in print manufacturing.

No bindery experience is required—we’ll train you. The team looks for mechanically inclined individuals who read instructions, work well with others, and take pride in quality

Qualifikationen

• No bindery experience? We’ll train you.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Mechanical inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Take pride in delivering quality work.
• Reliable with strong teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders)
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace
