The Sheridan Group in New Hampshire is hiring two team members for a Bindery Assistant role. No bindery experience needed; we provide hands-on training to operate high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to producing books and printed materials.

Formación

• No prior bindery experience required; training provided.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry is a plus.
• Comfort reading job instructions and measurements.
• Reliable team player with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Hit daily production goals as part of a team.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
