Sheridan New Hampshire is hiring two team members for a full-time bindery assistant position. No bindery experience is required—we’ll train you on high-speed bindery equipment and help you build a long-term career in print manufacturing.

You’ll operate cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders, work with a team to hit daily goals, and follow safety procedures on a fast-paced floor. Overtime opportunities and solid benefits await.

Qualifications

• No bindery experience? training provided.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry.
• Mechanically inclined with basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
