Sheridan New Hampshire is hiring for a Bindery Assistant to train on high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to production lines. You’ll learn to operate feeders, cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders in a fast-paced, team-focused climate.

No bindery experience is required; applicants from any machinery background are encouraged. Benefits after a short training period, with opportunities for overtime and career growth in print manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
