Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire is hiring 2 team members for a Bindery Assistant role. We’ll train you to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders) on a fast-paced production floor. No bindery experience required — we train you.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.) is a plus but not required.
• Mechanical inclination and comfort using basic tools.
• Ability to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes).
• Pride in doing quality work and reliability teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
