Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire is seeking two team members for a Bindery Assistant role (we’ll train you!). This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, on-site in New Hampshire, and offers competitive pay with overtime opportunities as you learn to operate bindery equipment.

You’ll train to set up cutters, folders, stitchers and perfect binders, keep machines running smoothly, hit daily production goals, and inspect finished work for quality.

Qualifications

• No bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Show up reliably and work well with a team

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders)
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace
