Novae LLC in Markle, IN, is seeking a 1st shift Weld Opportunity. Weld team members are responsible for welding quality trailer components in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

You will follow safety protocols, operate power tools, read work orders, and perform inspections. Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work 10-hour shifts with potential overtime is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Able to work 10 hour shifts with potential overtime.
• Willing to undergo a pre-employment background check.
• Self-directed in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Weld quality trailer components in a fast-paced team environment.
• Follow safety rules and wear designated PPE.
• Report on-time to support production goals.
• Operate power tools and read work orders/work instructions.
• Perform quality checks and final inspections as directed.
• Inspect equipment daily before shift start for safety and reliability.
• Assist in other duties as needed.
