NOVAЕ LLC in Markle, Indiana, is seeking a 1st shift Weld Opportunity. This full-time position requires operating weld lines, reading work orders, and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace to produce quality trailers.

Eligible candidates should be prepared for 10-hour shifts, potential overtime, and background screening. Benefits include medical, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED, or equivalent demonstrated skills.
• Must be able to lift 80 pounds.
• Able to work 10 hour shifts with potential overtime.
• Willing to submit a pre-employment background check.
• Self-directed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Weld quality trailer with outstanding service in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Follow safety PPE protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
• Report to work on time to support production goals.
• Operate all power tools and machinery on the weld line(s).
• Read and understand work orders and work instructions.
• Perform daily inspections on equipment prior to shift start to ensure safety and equipment readiness.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
