Job summary

NOVAE LLC in Markle, Indiana, is seeking assembly team members to construct quality trailers safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will maintain a clean work area and follow established procedures while working with power tools and machinery.

Responsibilities include reading work orders, performing final inspections, reporting safety issues, and supporting other areas as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work 10 hour shifts with overtime potential.
• Pre-employment background check required.
• Self-directed to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble trailers on the production line in a fast-paced setting.
• Follow safety rules and wear required PPE.
• Read and follow work orders and assembly instructions.
• Perform quality checks and inspections per supervisor directions.
• Inspect equipment daily to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assist in other duties as needed.
