Novae LLC is seeking a weld team member to construct quality trailers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will adhere to safety protocols, read work orders, and operate weld lines effectively. Maintain a clean workspace and report on time to support throughput goals.

Responsibilities include daily equipment checks, quality inspections, and performing assigned duties under supervision. This role requires endurance for 10-hour shifts and willingness to work overtime, with an emphasis

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent.
• Ability to safely lift 80 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work 10-hour shifts with possible overtime.
• Willing to undergo a pre-employment background check.
• Self-directed workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Weld trailers and components with quality and safety.
• Follow work orders and instructions to maintain throughput.
• Use PPE and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Report to work on time to support production startup.
• Perform final inspections as directed by supervisor.
• Inspect equipment daily before shift start.
