Novae LLC seeks a 3rd shift welder to produce high-quality trailer components in a fast-paced, team-based setting in Markle, IN. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds while standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time to support production throughput.
• Operate power tools and machinery on weld lines.
• Read and understand work orders and instructions.
• Perform quality checks and final inspections as directed.
