Qualifications

• Proven experience in semi-trailer maintenance or related field.
• Ability to interpret maintenance work orders and safety standards.
• Must be able to supply basic tools or participate in toolbox program.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate maintenance and repair on trailers per standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and complete work orders within SRT and warranty guidelines.
• Mentor trailer technician trainees and participate in OE training.
• Adhere to shop safety procedures and communicate with team and customers.
