Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with 2 years of semi-trailer maintenance/repair.
- At least 1 year of DOT/FHWA inspections and air brakes experience.
- Able to supply your own basic tools, or purchase through toolbox program.
- Willingness to work outdoors and across multiple shifts, including nights/weekends.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proficient knowledge of preventative maintenance and standard repairs related to trailer equipment.
- Troubleshoot trailer issues and perform intermediate repairs to specifications and complete work orders.
- Assist with onboarding and mentorship of trailer technician trainees.
- Participate in OE training for repairs.
