Job summary

Estes Express Lines is hiring for a trailer maintenance technician at all skill levels. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections on fleet trailers to meet manufacturer specifications and FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities include interpreting work orders, diagnosing issues, replacing parts, testing repaired equipment, and maintaining safety documentation. A valid CDL and ability to lift up to 70 lbs are commonly required, with flexibility for various shifts and weather

Qualifications

• Must know general repairs and PM criteria.
• Must possess the ability to keep up with changing technology and updates.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and preventive maintenance of trailers.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform maintenance on equipment.
• Perform safety inspections and prepare FMCSA documentation.
• Interpret work orders and technical manuals.
• Repair or replace defective parts and systems.
• Test repaired equipment for proper performance and compliance.
