Job summary

Newrez LLC is launching the TRAIL program for recent graduates, a 12-month rotational leadership development track designed to build practical management skills in investor reporting and loan accounting. You will rotate through areas such as FHLMC Investor Reporting and Private Investor Reporting, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Preferred degrees in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis.
• Ability to adapt and learn.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong teamwork.
• Strong business communication and attention to detail.
• Experience with Excel and Tableau; PowerPoint/Visio a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review investor reporting data for government and private mortgage loans.
• Learn cash flow functions based on loan activity.
• Review and reconcile bank transactions related to cash flow and loan activity.
• Perform duties under supervision to gain promotion-ready experience.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Attend training classes and attain certifications.
• Support leadership with business analyses and recommendations.
• Collaborate with servicing operations and investors.
