Newrez LLC offers the TRAIL program, a 12‑month rotational leadership development track designed for recent graduates. You will gain hands-on experience in multiple business areas, receive mentorship, and build a foundation in process improvement, presentation, and leadership.

The program starts in July 2027 and includes hands-on exposure to Homeowner Advocacy, Internal Audit, Originations, and Compliance. You will work as a full-time TRAIL Operations Specialist with a competitive salary and

• Bachelors Degree from accredited college or university.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
• Strong Excel and data-visualization skills (Tableau/PowerPoint/Visio) required.

Responsibilities
