The TRAIL start date is July 2027, with a focus on shaping future company leadership. TRAil Operations Specialists will rotate across originations, servicing, and digital, gaining practical leadership skills and process improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Finance preferred.
• Knowledge of social platforms.
• Highly developed organizational and project/time-management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and meet multiple deadlines.
• Excel and Tableau proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience across originations, servicing and digital.
• Create customer journeys to solve pain points and improve end-to-end experience.
• Develop and execute brand communications across TV, audio, digital, and social; evolve brand strategy.
• Create product campaigns and influencer campaigns to drive engagement.
