The Accounting and Finance TRAIL Operations Specialist role is a full-time position with mentoring, hands-on experience, and a competitive salary with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university.
• Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties under direction to gain knowledge for promotion to a management position.
• Performs business analyses and provides recommendations to leadership for business and process changes.
• Receives training and performs duties in several functions to become familiar with policies and practices.
• Observes experienced workers to learn methods, procedures, and standards.
• Help champion the Process Improvement discipline within the organization and implement necessary steps for projects.
• Attend company-sponsored training classes and attain certain certifications.
• Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor.
