TRAIL Operations Specialists are full-time employees with a competitive salary and benefits. The program aims to build leadership, process improvement, and presentation skills to support future company leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Financial systems experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret financial data.
• Experience with financial modeling and presentation development.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Tableau and PowerPoint a plus.

Aufgaben

• Perform duties under supervision to gain knowledge and experience for promotion.
• Analyze real‑world account management scenarios.
• Conduct business analyses and recommend improvements to leadership.
• Attend training and learn line and staff functions, management viewpoints, and company policies.
• Observe experienced workers to learn methods, procedures, and standards.
• Champion the Process Improvement discipline and implement steps/tools for projects.
• Attend company‑sponsored training and attain certain certifications.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
