Newrez LLC is launching the TRAIL program, a 12‑month rotational leadership-development track designed for recent graduates. TRAIL Operations Specialists gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to transfers, data integrity, and process improvement.

Participants will work in operations and analytics, building leadership skills, with a competitive salary and full benefits. This is a full-time, entry-level role designed to develop future leaders within Newrez.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or pursuing, preferably in Business Admin or Data Analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Validate loan-level data and ensure accuracy.
• Perform pre- and post-transfer audits and document handling.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and recommend improvements.
• Support leadership with business analyses and process-change ideas.
