Job summary

Iteris, Inc. seeks a TIM Manager to lead the Transportation Incident Management program within RTMC Operations. You will coordinate development, reporting, and regional collaboration while supervising TIM Coordinators and aligning with the District 7 TIM Program goals.

Qualifications

• Two years as a TIM professional or four+ years in agencies/firms routinely responding to traffic incidents.
• National TIM Responder Training or SHRP2 training.
• ICS 100, ICS 200, and ICS 700 certifications.
• FDOT TTC certification or equivalent.
• UAS Part 107 drone license preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple agencies in real-time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program development, performance reporting, and regional collaboration.
• Provide leadership to TIM Coordinators and oversee daily RTMC operations.
• Establish priorities, monitor performance, and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Support Road Ranger program with performance monitoring and coordination.
• Strengthen multi-agency incident response and ITS-driven improvements.
• Lead after-action reviews and manage initiatives like RISC and Wrong-Way Driving.
