Job summary

Iteris, Inc. seeks a Traffic Incident Management Coordinator to support planning, data analysis, and oversight of TIM programs for FDOT District 7.

You will coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and liaise with federal, state, and local agencies to promote TIM activities. The role requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience in incident management, strong leadership, public speaking, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in incident management operations.
• Experience in law enforcement, fire rescue, emergency management, or emergency response.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and handle multiple projects within deadlines.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills for technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate incident management programs per RTMC SOP.
• Develop procedures for TIM plans and programs.
• Liaise with federal, state, and local agencies on TIM activities.
• Collect, analyze, and report TIM performance data.
• Present briefings and reports on program activities.
• Coordinate RRSP, RISC operations and contractor performance.
• Review invoices and manage contract expenditures.
• Prepare AARs and conduct bi-weekly contractor meetings.
• Ensure communications align with SOP across operations staff.
