• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with traffic emphasis and PE license required.

• Proven ability to pursue opportunities with public/private clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage traffic projects through study, design and plan development.
• Lead business development and pursue transportation opportunities.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with stakeholders for quality work.
• Oversee budgeting, risk, resources, and contract documents.
