Job summary

Sambatek, LLC in Minnesota is seeking a Client Service Manager to grow and lead our Public Services practice. This entrepreneurial, relationship-driven role focuses on building strong client partnerships, pursuing new opportunities, and guiding projects to successful delivery.

You will shape growth through business development, client engagement, and team leadership, leveraging an established public-sector network and a deep understanding of transportation and municipal markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field (preferred).
PE license preferred.
Established relationships in public-sector transportation or municipal markets.
Experience in business development and pursuit of new opportunities.
Proven ability to develop proposals, scopes of work, and project budgets.
Strong knowledge of applicable regulations for public-sector projects.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop project teams.

Responsibilities

Grow public-sector business by identifying opportunities and developing client relationships.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with public-sector clients and partners.
Lead client development and retention, delivering an exceptional client experience.
Develop annual business development and marketing strategies.
Identify and pursue RFPs and project opportunities with proposals and budgets.
Collaborate across practices to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
Serve as trusted advisor to key clients and expand Sambatek’s services.
