You will work with internal teams, oversee study development, and mentor staff while delivering solutions for state and local clients. The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and a strong grasp of traffic analysis tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis on traffic/transportation

Responsibilities

• Lead traffic tasks in study, preliminary design, and plan development phases
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality work for state and county clients
• Evaluate traffic projects for freeways, arterial corridors, and intersections including signals and roundabouts
• Represent Sambatek at meetings with clients, counties, cities, and stakeholders
• Complete quality reviews, risk management, and resource coordination
• Mentor, supervise, and train staff
