Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited program.
• 15+ years of related traffic engineering experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Experience with operations, strategic planning, marketing, and business development.
• Hybrid work experience and strong business acumen.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Proven leadership of traffic engineering teams across multiple offices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the traffic engineering service line and build cross-office collaboration.
• Develop annual priorities and a strategic service line plan.
• Support pursuits and client relationships for major projects.
• Mentor senior leaders and nurture internal talent.
• Ensure quality, profitability, and on-time delivery across offices.
