Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Flagger to ensure safe travel around active worksites in Castle Hayne, NC. You will direct traffic using hand signals and paddles, prep signaling equipment, and support general construction tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates will be 18+, authorized to work in the United States, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent with a valid driver's license. Weekly pay, PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid State driver's license (not Provisional) with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Control traffic in and around active worksites with hand signs and paddles.
• Prepare flags, cones, signs and markers.
• Perform general construction work under direction of Foreman or Supervisor as needed.
• Drive safely and follow company safe driving policies.
• Follow local, state and federal DOT guidelines.
• Clean and maintain all company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
