Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking an entry-level Flagger to ensure traffic safety at active worksites. You will direct traffic with hand signals, set up signs and cones, and assist with general construction tasks under supervision.

This role requires attention to safety, ability to work outdoors in all weather, and a valid driver's license. Excellent training and benefits accompany a stable, entry-level path.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid state driver’s license with appropriate record.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.

Responsibilities

• Control traffic in and around active worksites with hand signs and paddles.
• Prepare flags, cones, signs and markers.
• Perform general construction work under supervision.
• Drive safely and follow company safety policies.
• Follow local, state and federal DOT guidelines.
• Clean and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
