Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC. is seeking a Flagger to ensure safe travel in public areas around active worksites. You will assist with traffic control and flagging duties, and support general construction tasks under supervision.

The role requires coordinating with Foreman and following DOT guidelines to maintain safety. Qualifications include being 18+, legal authorization to work in the U.S., a HS diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions and in traffic.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Control traffic around active worksites using hand signals and paddles.
• Prepare flags, cones, signs and markers.
• Perform general construction tasks under supervision as needed.
• Drive safely and follow company driving policies.
• Follow local, state and federal DOT guidelines.
• Clean and maintain all company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned by Foreman or Supervisor.
