Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC seeks a Flagger to manage traffic around active worksites, using hand signals, signs and paddles to protect workers and the public.

You will perform general construction tasks under supervision, maintain vehicles and equipment, and ensure compliance with DOT guidelines in all weather conditions. Must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid State driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Control traffic in and around active worksites with hand signs and paddles.
• Prepare flags, cones, signs and markers.
• Perform general construction work under direction of Foreman or Supervisor as needed.
• Drive safely and follow company safe driving policies.
• Follow local, state and federal DOT guidelines.
• Clean and maintain all company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
