Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a dependable Flagger to manage traffic control around active worksites. You will use hand signs and paddles, set up signs and markers, and assist with general construction tasks under supervision. Maintain safety and drive vehicles per company policies.

Applicants should be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and have a valid driver’s license. Prior flagging experience is preferred. This role offers weekly pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid State driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Previous flagging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Control traffic in and around active worksites with hand signs and paddles.
• Prepare flags, cones, signs and markers.
• Perform general construction work under direction of Foreman or Supervisor as needed.
• Drive safely and follow company safety policies.
• Follow local, state and federal DOT guidelines.
• Clean and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
